Wireless Pay is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under 13 years of age.

Account Upgrade and Tier Policy

At WirelessPay, we aim to provide our customers with the flexibility to choose the level of account verification that best suits their needs. Our tier policy ensures that you can enjoy varying account features and transaction limits based on the level of information you provide.

Tier 1 - Basic Level:

Tier 1 is the fundamental level of account verification, suitable for all account holders. To upgrade to this tier, you need to provide the following information:

• Address
• Phone
• Date of Birth
• BVN (Bank Verification Number)
• Gender
• Passport Photo

Tier 1 is the lowest KYC tier and the easiest to provide. Once you've provided this information, you can start using your account, but please be aware that there are certain limits in this tier:

• Maximum Transfer/Withdrawal Limit: ₦20,000
• Maximum Daily Cumulative Debit Amount: ₦100,000

If you exceed these limits, your account may be blocked or reported until you upgrade to the next tier.

Tier 2 - Enhanced Verification:

For customers who require more account functionality, Tier 2 is available. To upgrade to this level, you must provide the following information:

• Means of ID (e.g., Voter's Card, International Passport, National ID Card, or NIN Slip)
• An image of the chosen ID
• A valid ID (Passport or Driving License)
• A selfie with the chosen ID
• A utility bill or bank statement (with your name and address as proof of address)
• Source of Funds (SoF) & Source of Wealth (SoW) documents (e.g., bank statements, payslips, employment contracts, investments, etc.)

Please note that company identity cards are not recognized in this tier. The tier comes with the following limits:

• Maximum Transfer/Withdrawal Limit: ₦100,000
• Maximum Daily Cumulative Debit Amount: ₦500,000

Tier 3 - Highest Level of Verification:

Tier 3 offers the highest level of KYC verification. To reach this tier, you only need to complete a liveliness check. This check is essential in detecting fraud and relies on technology to differentiate real-time photos/videos from copied images. To upgrade to Tier 3, you should provide the following:

• A valid ID (Passport or Driving License)
• A selfie with the chosen ID
• A utility bill or bank statement (with your name and address as proof of address)
• Source of Funds (SoF) & Source of Wealth (SoW) documents (e.g., bank statements, payslips, employment contracts, investments, etc.)

Next of Kin Details:

• Full Name
• Address
• Phone
• Relationship

In Tier 3, customers enjoy the following privileges:

• No limit on their maximum available balance
• Maximum Transfer/Withdrawal Limit: ₦1,000,000
• Maximum Daily Cumulative Debit Amount: ₦5,000,000

To request an account upgrade, please send your documents and relevant information to kyc_compliance@wirelesspay.ng. Our team will review your submission and assist you in reaching the desired account tier. Your security and convenience are our top priorities at WirelessPay.
